Payment: Anneke accepts payment via Cash or Venmo, and insurance for Motor Vehicle Collisions

New Clients: If you are a new client, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment to go over your treatment plan accordingly. Please fill out all appropriate intake forms online. You should be automatically prompted to do this when you sign up for an appointment.

If you are feeling unwell with flu like symptoms or a fever please do not come to your appointment. If you have been around someone who is sick, but do not feel symptoms yourself, please wear a mask to our appointment. I will be happy to mask up as well.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you give me 24 hours notice. In the event of an emergency, or if you wake up the morning of your appointment with flu like symptoms, please call 503-406-7974 so that we can get you rescheduled.

The Space: Our space is located at 3234 NE Wasco Street, right off NE 33rd and Sandy in Portland. When you arrive at the space, please use one of the parking spaces directly in front of the building to park. Send me a text message when you arrive and I will let you in to our secure building.

Our practice space is not currently ADA accessible, and is located on the second floor of the building, so those clients who have mobility issues are encouraged to reach out to see what arrangements can be made ahead of time.
